Formerly known as PriceLift. PriceLift is being rebranded as "FlipShare". We help people who want to sell their house - we do this by improving the property (repairs, renovations, paint, carpet, etc) at NO COST to the property owner. (We are paid when the property is sold - just like a real estate agent). These improvements allow the owner to sell their property for maximum value. We are flipping a client's (seller's) house for them, and splitting the profit - thus "Flip Share". The name of the company is very descriptive and I would like to see a simple, elegant way of communicating that message through the logo. I don't have a color preference at this time, but I would like a logo that communicates to my target demographics (mostly age 55+) and conveys TRUST, RELIABILITY, and STABILITY

• 2. I would really like it if the logo was able to communicate what the business does and should include one or more of the following components:
• - partnership / profit sharing
• - increasing value of the property
• which is Sharing the profit from Flipping the house (i.e. renovating the house to sell for maximum value).
