Is it possible the girl have also personalities that are not girls or are not white skin?

I would like all of the images to be of the same girl (she does not have to have white skin to begin with). There can be a slight variation in the age within the slices (maybe a range of 5 years). Also, she can be clean in one, dirty in one, injured in one...The idea is the audience is with the same character through the whole movie, but her narration is taking us to many different places. Thanks!
