I would like a one page 8 1/2 x 11 front and back color, will be printed glossy.
I am a realtor and would like to send out a creative piece to my neighbors containing a social calendar for the month in hopes that they will remember me and consider me to sell their home.

One side of the flyer would be titled My City West Events (with other real words) with each word in branded colors of Aqua blue, gray, aqua blue and gray in title. Then the center would contain the calendar of 10 events with a bullet of photo of event next to it. The bottom of the page would have the brand and a small disclaimer across the bottom.

The other side of the flyer would be for mailing label on one side and divided by a line with my bio/marketing text on the left side with my photo possibly.

The background should be tropical in aqua blue with water, palm trees, beach fun theme.
