Yet another ridiculous offering as payment. What level of quality would be expecting for all that you specify. I don''t expect you offer your service out at such a minimal charge. Exactly what impression do you have of our industry if you are expecting us to provide you with an email and a brochure which will be 2 separate pieces of artwork. Its absolutely absurd that you expect all that for £30.  Don''t worry, you aren''t alone in offering low amounts, i just don''t think that people should try and take advantage of what is generally a great way of getting great design options from quality designers all over the world.

there should definitely be a minimum payment, like at the crowd part of the name, 30 is really low.
