We need a logo for a new education consulting firm, an independent education consulting firm working with schools to connect the dots between policy, process, operations, and performance, and is launching an initiative focused on school-based systems reforms for special education students and other special populations. I'd like to use variations of blue and maximize the effect of the "flipturn" analogy from swimming. The logo should be clean and professional, but should evoke movement and strategy.

• A description of the story behind the flipturn (e.g., in swimming, if you do a skilled, well executed turn, you can win the race...if its sloppy, then you loose - its below the surface, but makes all the difference).
• It should also describe my services (I can provide text for all of this).
• For the logo:
• I'd like something catchy and light, but also professional.
• Use of blues to evoke water.

• Maybe a flipped letter or letters, but make sure it is easy to read.
• Could have a tagline or use "Education Consulting" in the logo, but it could also just be FlipTurn on its own.
