Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need logo and corporate image design, we are a new company, based in México.
We create furniture and objects (toys, sculptures, accesories) made mainly out of fine woods and leatherwork, but adding details based on our craftmanship, barro negro, latón, hand weaved textiles, porcelain, cantera, turquoise, and almost every material that reminds the cultural base of the country, colors, people and mainly our myths and legends in wich we will base the creation of the design line, we want the people to remember the value of objects and start seeing them as a part of themselves, thats the idea behind the myth/legend design, we want the piece to have extra value that everyone can relate to and in that way to keep it in the family as a inheritage, so they can take better care of "things".
We would like that can communicate our love for wood, and ancient craftmanship, together with the cultural baggage every design has, we do not want to fall in the ovbious, to make everything literal, our designs will explain the core of the myths by the use of materials and elegant shapes.
Jatoba is the name of the amber tree, "amber is the escense of the tree that cries down to the ground and absorbs its surroundings and encapsulates them to later become a precious stone."

Our design process has as its essence the love of wood , which transformed into an object or piece of furniture created with awareness of the intrinsic value of the tree ( earth, water , sun, life , time) together with exquisite detail technique provides Mexican leather work , making it a unique piece of art, an object with history that reflects and demonstrates through its form and workmanship and of the nature it comes from.

Our passion is to promote the appreciation of nature encapsulating in an object and thus take it to the daily life while raising awareness of the richness of these elements and why they deserve to be transformed by experienced hands and perfectionists .
The wood has a beauty of its own but need polishing to find their form, color, texture and feel through processes that take advantage of everything that wood and leather can give us , that is why it is essential that the work of conceptualization really reflects the soul and essence of a story that reminds us of the beauty of our roots , stories that are passed from mouth to mouth, literature and other media that are no longer relevant , these stories are lost if we withheld them. Adding these narratives as the foundation of the object the history is transferred sensory and subconsciously by the subtle forms of the object, and its materials, that when seen look simple but when more carefully appreciated more detail reveal the work and details that reflect their origin.

The stories , myths and legends of our own people coupled with the beauty of natural materials come together in one piece from conceptualization and manufacturing transcends form to become a beautiful object to anyone that looks further
