Project request is:
1. Logo
2. Business papers (business card, letters)
3. Web site (design + codding)
am i right?

There is 3 things but prize should increase more. It's ok if you need
one thing but here is three.
It can be fine for this prize Logo + Business papers or just web site with
coding but booth I'm not sure how it will works.
I can do web + coding for this but not a logo and business paper.
Maybe you can split project on two or make some changes in prize.
Let me know your decision.
