I have seen some great designs for the logo and thank you for your efforts so far. I would like to explain that there are a few design principles that I would like to hold onto;

1. FOLIUM Science on the same line, with Capitals for FOLIUM
2. The vision of "Engineering the Feed and Food Biome" is optional but if this is included it needs to sit under FOLIUM Science
3. The Leaf or leaves need to be Ginkgo of origin and have spinal definition
4. Colour base is a Forest Green

I hope this helps to fix down elements of the design
