In regards to the fish logo, are you wanting me to take it and turn it into a vector logo? because that would be a rather simple process. I could do that and show you what itd look like and then we go from there?

I am not experience or educated on the technical terms regarding design.  I"m aware a vector image is usually relatively simple, but infinitely scalable.  However, I"m unable to visualise the possible outcome of what you are suggesting.  I think the best idea would be simply to submit a design and see if it"s selected.
