I reviewed all images some are good and some are grainy but I will use these instead of any stock images to give user genuine feel. I have a Question:

In Site map you have button for "Westmall Location" "Rexdale Location". The Tabs for navigation bar are same but only difference is last button.

Are the pages content and Prices are different for each location so User have to switch the website?

Responsive HTML5/CSS3 Bootstrap should be fine.

It is pretty much going to be same for Rexdale and WestMall location. Only difference it that when some is visiting the WestMall location page he will see Rexdale location in navigation and when they are on Rexdale location they will see WestMall option

I am sorry, but we are going to integrate the website with our POS and lot more things including CMS. Which all are in ASP.NET MVC 5/Angular. So we essentially need HTML/CSS bootstrap.
