Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have a small construction/building company in Epsom, Surrey,England, called Epsom Builders Limited,trading for 20 years, we are moving more towards building new houses, but feel we need to have a logo that we can use, that is not so local i.e. area specific,we work in other areas other than Epsom!
Epsom is famous for the yearly horse race called the The Derby and on a horse theme we are are trading from an address in Whitehorse Drive Epsom!!!!
My thoughts on the logo design are to use the initials of my company EBL as the big letters in the logo,( the company colour is Burgundy, (RAL 3005) is my personal catch phrase is Built To Last, but that might be a bit naff and is not essential, i am having a website designed at the moment and i need something that is current and usable that i can roll out to letterheads,tee shirts etc, you are more than welcome to view my outdated site on epsombuilders.co.uk and pass on your inspiration,
