I still consider the logo is his unique design without intention to plagiarize. The purple color may look similar but we actually requested him to make the logo purple.

Also we selected the logo because it forms an F and B, and it also forms a cube, which can represent a Byte. The cube has 8 corners, which represent 8 bits, which is equal to a byte.

The cube is also impossible to materialise in the real world, it is an impossible box. So that represents cutting edge and high-tech.

It also look plain and simple enough to be easily recognisable, so good for branding.
