I am a realtor and am in need of a jumbo postcard 6.25 x 9 template that is 2 sided for "neighborhood farming". I would like to be able to change out neighborhood names, average sales prices, number of Active listings, number of Sold listings, average square footage and price per square foot as well as days on market, and number of leased homes (active, leased and days on market). I'd like the background, images, and my information all set but be able to change the numbers for each category as well as change the month of the report. I would like a generic blurb on the back as I will be mailing these but want the ability to change the verbiage. I've attached a few copies of fliers I have found online as a point of reference. I like the Awe and then Some as a tag line for me as a realtor. Please let me know what else you may need. Thank you.
