Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi there designers.
Im in search of a stylistic yet faulty simple commercial construction company logo design/brand concept. I'm in the process of renaming and branding my existing company and would like something to get business cards printed and possibly more branding/market develop after.

I would like the logo to be able to have a strong presence (construction/development) alone and be able to stand as its own recognizable image away from the entire company name and text.

I initially liked the idea of using a "N" with an arrow on top like the old MN Northstars hockey team. It's a very recognizable logo in this area but I want a fresh, unique twist that can feel connected to that but its own.
Initially I thought having Northway Commercial above Construction & Toofing but I'm open. Thank you for helping.

• I think its important to have logo be interesting enough to be able to stand alone, but also be apart of the text.
• My goal is to have a logo that can separate from the text or be included with to use on multiple marketing platforms.
