Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for my new company "People Vector, LLC". We are based in San Diego, CA USA.

My firm specializes in helping groups of all sizes and missions "Align People With Purpose". We are a consulting firm working initially in high tech (electronics, medical devices, pharma) but will not limit ourselves there.

A vector has a velocity and a direction and in mathematics is represented by an arrow. I envision taking advantage of that theme in the logo somehow. Also, our work is all about alignment and getting everyone focused on the same target.

One idea is to build on the idea of individual people as "small vectors" that, once aligned with each other, result in a large/powerful aligned force (vector). I am certainly open to other concepts!!

I am open to colors but want colors and themes that convey alignment, teamwork, focus, etc.

This logo will be central to the marketing of the firm and will be used everywhere- business cards, web sites, brochures, etc. Thus, it must "wear well over time"...
