Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I want a very Web 2.0/modern looking logo for a new kind of job site that puts the job seeker in the drivers seat. The name of the site will be "Talent Show". The site will be skill centric rather than job centric. The goal will be for job seekers be able to show off skills they have and employers can come look for the skills they need and will be presented with applicants that have those skills.

A few ideas:
- Use a design that has some sort of icon so that it can be used as the favicon for the website.
- Have the icon be a spotlight or something like that... I am open to ideas.
