Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo designed for a boat that I share with a few friends. This is a boat that we use for business as well as fun. The common bond between the owners is that we are all in Technology (TECH) and like to have a good time and drink (Tequila). The name of the boat is either TECHuila or Techuila. We are open based on the best design. We are not looking for anything over the top but we would like to use the Logo for the name on the boat as well has future T-shirts and Cups. We don't want it to be too "over the top" and like the idea of it being clever/cool so it looks good visually.
