Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for a new holiday accommodation business which comprises two units and will be quite highend. The buildings are timber clad with black steel trims around windows/porticos and polished concrete floors etc so they will have a slightly industrial feel whilst still being classy. They are located down a Laneway so are very private and a little mysterious. I’d like a simple logo perhaps a flowing “handwriting” type font for the word Laneway and underneath a “typewriter” type font for the word Apartments. The other option could be the letter “LA” as he logo but with Laneway Apartments underneath. Not really sure what would look best. I’m thinking black and white keeps it classic however perhaps one letter could be in copper, rose gold or metalic (not sure) just to give a nod to the classy aspect.. Open to suggestions with colour and design!!! Thanks so much!

• Colours or pictures.. the Apartments are supposed to be a little mysterious so the logo should reflect that..
