Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo design that I can use for my website, Facebook page, book, podcast, etc.
I'm a clinical counsellor in Australia, and I have used many techniques (tried and tested in my own life journey- life can suck sometimes!) to help people get what they really want out of life, even if they are not sure what that is, and even if they think life is pretty sucky at the moment and couldn't possibly change!
'Catch the Calm' is my registered domain name - because being able to steer your mind away from all the chit chat it is normally filled with, frees it, so you can be and do what your really want to do, regardless of what your life is like just now. Catch The Calm is the key!
I help people be in the moment, be compassionate to themselves, practice acceptance (really useful if a person has chronic pain for instance) and committing to living to a life they value.

• I need a logo that can be used in colour, or greyscale, and suitable for my website, facebook, instagram etc, book, stationery, etc. I need to be able to give it to my web designer (once I get one - I prefer someone in Australia if you have any ideas) to manipulate if necessary.

Agradable de tener

• Some ideas I have - hands catching the calm. Also I'm interested in helping people quieten down their brain, so they can think clearer, live in the moment. When you are calm you can assess your life, decide it's just how you want it or if not you have the brain space to make the changes you want to make.
• I like hands, brains, water, birds - abstract of these maybe
• Actually I love elephants - maybe an elephant catching the calm?
