I am sorry, i have around 200 designs, if i would write a comment for every one i would spend all day here.
Both of your designs are not modern. I think you are mixing too many components and too many colours.
A good logo needs only 2 colours. Take a look at the example logos here on design crown you might learn from them.

It's unbearable 1 star for the project by invitation!!!!

The invitation happened on suggestion of DesignCrowd webpage.
1 star rating was deserved. The design was bad.
Instead of complaining invest your time in improving skills.
