Hello! Please make the project guaranteed, because such project requires a lot of work to offer primary examples. Guaranteed projects attract more designers, thus you will have a larger amount of designs to choose from. If you are in doubt whether you will receive any good designs, please check the history. You can see that usually there are hundreds of good designs submitted for a project.
Thank you for understanding.

What to do with save-the-date picture?

Also please let us know what type of design you want on front? I mean, your last year design having a sketch of hall/ building something. Please guide...regards

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your thoughtful approach in asking for us to make the project guaranteed and I understand where you are coming from. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the project at this time. The risk for us is too high as first-time users of Design Crowd on our most important design project of the year. I understand if the risk is too high for you to do the work of the primary example without guaranteed payment.

As for the save-the-date picture, it does not need to be incorporated into the design. It is just there for you to see what our building looks like and get an idea of the aesthetic we have had in the past. The invitation does not need to "match" the save-the-date.

We do not want the sketch of the hall/building on the front as we had last year. I am looking for a fresh idea for the graphics on the front of the invitation. The event is on the theme of our graduate school sending students out all over the world, as well as working in churches in America. We want to communicate how the work we are doing in Philadelphia makes an impact both close to home and throughout the world.
