Forward thinking Medical Software company needs a logo design. We are devloping a user-friendly, tablet-based, survey type, self-assessment for patients to use. As a patient is waiting to see the Doctor, they’ll be answering a few questions on how they feel that day (their symptoms). This software takes the patients answers in the self-assessment and transcribes that to suggested diagnosis (DX) codes to use. These codes are used to cover the service that the Physician orders, and to suggest other testing the patient may need.
