I want someone to design a label for a product for me. Here are the details of the project.

Mosquito Project A: The project name is called Shield. It's a mixture of 100% Essential Oils (about 14 of them to be exact) into one bottle. The bottle sizes will start from 3 milliliters, 5 milliliters, 10 milliliters and 20 milliliters and 30 milliliters (1 fl. oz.)

I want the label to have the Shield logo. You will have to create this logo from scratch. I don't have a logo now.

Here are the requirements:
1.0 Logo for Shield
1.1 100% pure essential oils
1.2 Net (size of the bottle)

1.3 Ingredients:
1.3a Citronella Oil
1.3b Neem Oil
1.3c Lemon grass Oil
1.3d Eucalyptus Oil

2.0 Aroma: Spicy

3.0 Benefits: Repel mosquitoes

4.0 Mixes Well With:
4.1 Shea Butter
4.2 Olive Oil

5.0 Extraction Method: Steam Distilled from plant's leaves and twigs.

8.0 Suggested Use: For external use only. Rub in your hands and gently apply it to your hands, legs and around your neck and ears. Apply it to scent. When mixing with Shea Butter, use about 4 drops with 20 milliliters of Shea Butter. When mixing with Olive Oil, use about 4 drops with 20 milliliters of Olive Oil.

9.0 Natural essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care.

10.0 Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant or lactating, consult your healthcare practitioner before using. Do not eat.
