We need a new logo designed for a company called "HR Matters".

At HR Matters, we are focused on developing high performance teams through the effective utilisation of critical HR aspects. We truly do believe that Human Resource Matters for all organisations, small and large and is the start for an effective, productive and efficient workforce. Employing our 4 P’s, Policy, Productivity, Performance and People; will develop your workforce and make you a sought after employer. We focus the retail chain on the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and improving this to increase business performance.

We have attached a quick mock up of a design - keen to see either enhancements of this design (with new tagline) or completely new designs.
