Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for the e-business I am currently founding. The core business is renting high end designer bags at a monthly flatrate, however the product range will be extended to other luxury articles like watches, accessoires and jewellery. The initial market is the German speaking region, but is planned to grow accross Europe so it is important to find a name & design which works in various languages.
A possible company name is "LUXESHARE - Have it. Love it. Share it." but I am very happy about other suggestions.
As the target group are fashion-affine people and the goods are very expensive high-quality products, the logo has to display exclusivitey, high quality, avant-garde and maybe even a tad of craziness.
Preferably the background of the logo should be easily adoptable accoriding to seasons or trends.

Requisitos

Debes tener

• The logo must transmit a feeling of exlusivety and maybe a bit sassy.
• It has to be easily spotted and suitable for profile pictures like on instagram and Facebook.
• It has to be able to be adopted on brochures, boxes, business bards, letters / invoices etc.

Agradable de tener

• Preferably, the logo should contain of lettering/writing which contains company name and an additional symbol.
• An idea would be if the symbol displayed a bag or something which relates to sharing and/or exchanging bags.
• Gold could also be added to the color scheme but is not a must.

No debería tener

• The logo should not be girly, cheesy or playful.
