Resumen de Diseño de Postal

I need to have a postcard designed. The postcard needs to be 5" X 7" in size, double-sided, and in full-color. We will not be mailing these postcards so both sides need to be used. This marketing piece will be used to promote self-storage units. I have attached an example of last month's postcard. Please include all of the property information, amenities, and two lines where we will be updating the prices.

The differences to our new postcard will be the theme, headline, graphics. For the new design use this headline: Never Mind the Remote, Where's The TV?

Include a design and image that plays off of this. For example, a picture of a house from hoarders, or a funny graphic like an old telephone booth stuffed with items. Anything that portrays and advertises the need for someone to rent a storage unit.
