My idea for outfits is shown in the image I attached... But also thinking an old time ganster style hat to create a theme of sexy girls in neck ties and open button shirts cropped at mid waist. I dont know if that makes since to you. I will try and add a few more images of the look I want to use to portray my company. That may help you create an image for back of shirt. But no, im not wanting a real girl in a bunny custume. If I decide to try and sell them at some point... I dont think girls want to wear an actual girl on their shirt.

Screen print... But of course colors cost money... Keep colors to a minimum please. Thanks

Although primary image could contain colors, as long as I am able to produce a secondary print option of black and white.

Yes, currently waiting on admin to update the project. I had few entries, and nithing that I felt would work. I have tried to simplify the task in hopes I will find something if I try again.
