Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Need a logo for a new real estate magazine based in San Francisco meant to resonate and communicate with the younger crowd ages 27-40 who are buying their first home. Logo should be vibrant and adopt a color scheme that will be used throughout the magazine. Logo should also contain a skyscraper or something that indicates the peak of real estate (see attached example). Please DO NOT copy example, it is just a loose frame of reference. Be creative. Logo should stand out on a crowded page and catch people's attention.
