Resumen de Diseño Infográfico

I need someone to put together some infographics based on some nutrition information I have put together. We are a company who do weight loss surgery for patients and I am trying to put together some resources for patients so they can look after their nutrition for the long term.

I have some info and ideas on how we can execute this on paper but I need some a creative genius with top notch design skills to help me put it together.

I am basically after two infographics- One with the nutrition information I have outlined and One with the pyramid I have illustrated. Please let me know if you need clarification on the layout. Also happy to take on board any ideas you might have too!

If more time is needed with adjustments/refinements I understand and am happy to work with you to get to a final product we are happy with.
