Hi, some answers:

1) No, I don't have any images to use, the one on the cover now is a stock photo
2) This book is in print and on Kindle. I use the same cover for both
3) I don't have a strong feeling for colors, but so far, I'm liking the orange and red designs best

As this (and every) contest is blind, telling us which designs you like isn't particularly constructive for anyone else submitting, nor is it particularly good form. I'd be surprised if you receive any further submissions.
