Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I'd like a logo redesign for my business Bluesail Group - Vacation Yachts & Sailing Academy. I'd like the logo to have the same colors and be integrated into the company name and font that currently exist. In other words, looking at the attached file I want to redesign only the graphic, keeping all the words and lettering. I'm open to further integrating the graphic into the words/lettering though. Colors must remain the same. Once the project is complete I need to have files with transparent background, white background, a file with only the graphic, and a file with the graphic and company name together. Files must be in a format I can use across all branding documents, website, business cards, etc.
