Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a trade association that represents HVAC contractors. We are the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). www.acca.org Our members are the people who install and maintain your HVAC equipment in homes and business. As a trade association we are here to help those companies run their businesses better.

This November we are hosting a new meeting called "Next Level" and need a logo. The logo will be used in print (brochure/postcards), new website and online promotions (email, social media ads, etc.). We will need the logo in EPS, JPG and PNG. The logo needs to include the name, date and location (listed).

Side Note: We will be running another meeting right after this called Service Leadership, I have attached a copy of that logo for reference. They are two separate and stand alone meetings, so they do not need to match/coordinate. But at times they will be promoted together under the umbrella of the ACCA Fall Meetings.

The HVAC industry is facing a real workforce issue in the future. Many of the current owners are getting to be retirement age and either passing the company on to family members or selling to current employees. Many who are younger. We are looking to attract that next level of potential owners. This day and half meeting will focus on management skills, understanding finances, how to transition a company, etc...

Next Level Meeting Focus: As our workforce and customers evolve, the approach to effective leadership also needs to transform. Traditional command and control leadership is giving way to a more connected, collaborative, and flexible approach to managing people and performance. The next generation of HVAC owners and managers need to learn how to develop their own leadership and management style. Achieving that goal how to use the tools, resources and HVAC community to accomplish their goals.

ACCA Next Level will assist the next generation of your business succeed. Attendees will learn to build the business and personal skills they need to excel at their jobs through professional development sessions and networking opportunities. Attendees will learn to view themselves as professionals, understand the importance of the bottom line, establish tangible goals, build team accountability, and understand why customer relationships matter to your HVAC business.

Through educational sessions and networking opportunities attendees will develop leadership and management skills, understand industry positions, begin to build a national network of industry professionals, exchange ideas and discuss areas of mutual interest.

Next Level offers opportunities to make new relationships and strengthen existing relationships within the industry and with ACCA.

Session topics include a wide range of categories: Customer Service, Time Management, Financial Management, Standards/Best Practices, Sales, Technology and Operations/Warehouse.
