Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I recently made a crummy logo for www.sellmyatlantametrohousefast.com and it does not fit well with the rest of the website. It's our company name but we need to convey that we can purchase a(often rundown, inherited, needs work) house very fast and pain free for the seller. Think of those HGTV shows where they flip the house...we buy the houses while they still need work. We would also like something that shows we are an Atlanta, GA company(skyline, peach, who knows) just something to show we are local:)
