Hi,

Just wan to know what you want to reflect in logo - just like COSI is having "brick oven" theme - what theme you want to reflect in logo ? From your brief I understood that you want freshness to be coveyed in design - however would like to know business specific themes you are looking for ? for eg. zaatar herbs, olive, restaurant, actual food items likes images you have attached etc or anything else

Upon further research, the name mankoushe can also be spelled as man''oushe.  I like getting rid of the "k" but the apostrophe splits up the word and makes it look like man…something.  I your design, can you take out the k and just create the word manoushe with the flame effect above the "no" part of the name?  That way it could look like an accent over the "o" to stress the phonetic pronunciation.
