Resumen de Diseño de Logo

This has been my logo for over 10 years. I want something similar (so it is recognizable to customers) but better. I want the person in the logo to look more gender neutral, more abstract and the tree to look nicer.

Elements that I like:
Tree with different colored leaves artistically drawn (could have small leaves blowing off or small bird flying up off it to the right) (orcould be a tree in bloom such as a magnolia tree or cherry blossom tree or a tree with fall colors)
Hand drawn look
Person meditating under the tree or incorporated into the trunk of the tree
Calming, soothing color choices (for a relaxing massage business)
Soft hand-written font but easy to see from a distance
