Do you want design itself made in ACYMailing system or We create design in some design software like photoshop and later make a newsletter draft of that . I am assuming "newsletter" means Eblast

Yes, that is correct. But I am not very savvy with the different types of programs. I would like to have a template that I will be able to upload into the ACYMailing system so that I can send it via my website. But, it can also work as an Eblast.
