Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a design for our conference, named eDok (name must be in logo).
The graphic must consist of 3 large and equal cogwheels with 3 different colors.
In the middle of the 3 large cogwheels, there is a small cogwheel which is neutral but essential for the 3 cogwheels to function together.

We need 4 graphics:
... One where the colors in all 3 cogwheels has 100% opacity.
... One where only one cogwheel with 100 % opacity, and the two other cogwheels faded out. Repeat this in two other graphics until the result is three graphics with one of each cogwheel is nice and clear with the others faded out.

I have illustrated quite simply in enclosed picture what I mean, and in the example i`ve used circles, not cogwheels.

NB! The colors I´ve used in the example file is just to illustrate the differences between the three colors. Please provide another and more modern and elegant color range.
