Resumen de Diseño Con Ilustración

I have seen a image I like and have downloaded the eps file. This can be changed.

I like the colours used especially the red but would like it to be trendy and fun.
However I want to make changes:
1. I want the view outside the window to be the beach with sand and waves - we live in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney near Cronulla Beach. I have attached some pictures of what Cronulla looks like. I would like the image to look like Australia.
2. I would like a malibu surfboard in the office.
3. I would like the lady to be blonde, trendy and friendly looking - I have attached a picture of a girl in a bikini (i dont like the bikini but I like her friendly face - maybe the girl can be looking forward and smiling.
4. I would like a black spoodle dog at her feet
5. I would like the books to be branded with full logos or titles about Google, Google places, Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, SEO, etc - see attached image of books
6. I would like more technology in the room ie IPAD, Iphone, etc.
7. Possibly an image on the computer screen showing working on google places perhaps.

8. I would like to get a nice font/logo next to the image that says ShiregirlSEO.
9. White board in the back. Showing SEO in the middle and then the sub categories - looking like having been drawn on the whiteboard.See attached example and heirachy document.
