We offer integrated software solutions for independent and chain food service businesses. Such businesses would include fine dining restaurants, fast food outlets, home delivery, takeaways, cafeterias, event catering venues, institutional catering companies, hotels with restaurants / bars, etc. Our software is configured for the needs of each type of business and spans both guest facing and back office functions.

The core benefits our solution offers is that it is -
1. integrated to cater to all the needs of the food service business, both independent and chain, across most (not all, we do not do anything for labor management) functions.
2. functionally powerful and compare well with the best available internationally.
3. Developed using the latest in software technology ... for example, our EPOS software for Android devices.

The market is a mature market with many competitors. A few very well established with huge track record. We have a track record internationally but are new to the UK market. This brochure is targeted at the UK market. The target market is jaded with the number of options available. We will focus on fine dining outlets in the hope that our Android based EPOS will excite them. We will focus on events & catering because the competition in the segment is relatively thin. We will go after the institutional catering market because we offer strong cost control features. But we want to mention how we service all sub-segments of the food & beverage service business to convey the versatility of our solution and for the other businesses that we may be able to attract.

We are hoping that the brochure will stand-out from the crowd and will compel the market to browse through what we do.

We have a company and product logo (both attached). Of these, we are open to dropping or redesgning the product logo. We have also developed a web site (see pfuk.prologicfirst.com). The brochure design need not conform to the web site, if (and only if) you can come up with a really attention design (we could consider redesign of the web site).

The content of the brochure will largely conform to the content at the web site. The content at the web site is structured by solutions for independent outlets (centered around the EPOS) and solutions for chains. It also mentions 18 products. This is too much for a print brochure. So, we propose the following structure -

1. a folder that also carries a brief about our company with facility to add inserts.
2. one brochure that describes the solutions offered, the market segments they apply to and the benefits of the solution for each segment.
3. A summary / list of the products that are used to configure the solution.

We will add product specific flyers to the folder by color laser printing these. This will provide us the flexibility to add only the few product sheets that are of relevance to each prospect and will allow us to update frequently. For this we will require a template so that all product sheets look similar ... possibly with a color theme separating the products for each outlet from those for the chain of outlets.

We can only provide low-res images. You will have to touch up screens to improve resolution of images to make them print-ready. You are free to propose purchase of reasonably priced general stock-shots subject to prior approval from us. We will pay for these images.
