Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need new logo for a startup that tackles food waste called Winnow. We're based in London, have been operating for a few months now, and are part of SeedCamp.

Winnow uses food waste "smart meters" to monitor food waste in kitchens and help them reduce waste over time. We work with restaurants, contract catering companies, and other places you would eat food away from home. Our old logo is black and white (see our webpage at www.winnowsolutions.com). Our newer website design will have some shades of blue and tan.

Winnow comes from an old agricultural term meaning to separate the wheat from the chaff or to separate the good from the bad. As such, our original logo centred around a wheat icon. We're flexible with this.

The final design should have an iconic feel to it. It can just say "Winnow" within it rather than "Winnow Solutions". It should communicate simplicity, trust, and ideally some sense of cost savings or improved sustainability.

We sell to restaurant owners, chefs, and contract caterers. It's mostly B2B. Chefs are our key users as well as service people that work in the front of house of a restaurant.
