I like a lot your contest, I made an illustration for it and would love to submit, but unfortunately I'm not allowed because I don't have enough ratings for CD cover. I have a lot of experience and ratings on illustration design and other artworks instead.
I think you'll like my design and I was wondering if you could you do something about.

Hello - Support says you shouldn't have a problem submitting. They are going to look into it.

Many thanks for the prompt reply.
I was contacted by DC service support. The issue is that this contest is restricted to designers who have at least 2.5 star rating in the cd cover category, and as I told I don't have it on this specific category. That's why I can not participate, not because there are some problem uploading.
But no problem, maybe I will participate next time. :)))
