Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking to perfect a logo design for a new real estate team in Toronto, Ontario. The agent is an established and successful entrepreneur and natural born leader, looking for a fresh but exciting new part in her career. A solid professional reputation already gained in the community along with a strong following on social media. We have already conceptualised an idea for the logo, but lack the skill to complete the look and create the various versions we'll need for all platforms - print, online and social media. The final design will communicate style and luxury. While the colour will represent the modern element of branding these days. Simplicity but not plain.

Attached is a zip file of a logo that was started on Logojoy as it has the crest idea she really liked, but needs a bit of customization.

Parts to the project:

1. Replicate the crest/crown surrounding the N.

2. Logo with asknina.ca
a. The main font for the askNina and the N in the circle – that is undecided, but her hand made design gives you an idea of what she’s inspired by. We don’t know if the N and askNina should be the same font or not, but at a minimum complementary.
b. We also don’t know (based on her hand design) if the asknina.ca should be all caps; or small caps; or small caps with a cap N…

3. The art of living
The slogan will be THE ART OF LIVING and Nina wants to use the font style recommended by LogoJoy: Slogan Font Font: Avenir. Basically duplicate it and perhaps use it as a reference to make sure it all works together aesthetically.

4. The diamond in the crest
In her hand design you will see that the top diamond shape in the crest is coloured and outlined. Again, not sure if this should be the same dark grey used in the crest or a light black.

In a nutshell, we are looking for the main design and couple of minor variations of it, plus a separate image for the slogan and askNina.ca

Inspiration ideas: simple elegance; luxury; style; there is a hint of femininity that we like but has to be balanced with masculinity somehow…so it doesn’t read girly. Classy.
