I don't know how can one win the contest with a design where the "MUST HAVE" elements not included.
Don't you think this is unfair to other designers who submitted new concepts after having the changed brief with new "MUST HAVE" section?

I understand your concern, however, once I was asked to request designs with the MUST HAVE, there were concerns with copyright infringements, so they backed out of their request. But, they only asked me to back out once I had already resubmitted my request for the must have. My sincerest apologies for the misunderstanding.
