I would like to provide a concept, but I would need a few things? Because the artwork is so large, we would need high-resolution images of any products you wish to see and a vector version of your logo that’s from Adobe Illustrator (.ai or eps format) Otherwise, all images will be blurry and out of focus.

How about creating the concept on a small scale & if accepted, will provide you with all high resolution pictures required for resizing & finalization ? Please tell me if that is OK with you.

This project really should be classified as a "vehicle wrap". Regardless, in order to do a proper job, we really should have the make and model of the vehicles. I doesn't work to well to design something based on rough dimensions and then find out that a critical part of the design is right over top of a fuel cover or fender well.
