Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a small startup company specialized to render civil construction services to construction companies utilizing machines to increase productivity, speed the construction time, reduce waste, dust, and garbage generation, reduce amount of people involved on the process and reduce consequently costs with less environmental impact.

Basically the company will provide two different services: 1) wall rendering and plastering combined with wall painting preparation which involves the sanding and spackling of the wall and 2) the painting service itself.

The technology we will work with are showed below:

We need a new logo design which could be appropriate to transmit the company objectives.

This logo should have an picture which the designer should create/propose and the name of the company (Smart Build).

Additionally, each of the three services will have a registered name/brand. This should appear just below the company logo when we would be providing one or another service to our customers. For example: the painting service will be named "Pintura Inteligente" in Portuguese. So the workers which will provide this service to our customer should have on their badges the company logo (composed of the company icon plus the Smart Build words) plus the service name/brand (Pintura Inteligente) just attached below to it. When the wall rendering and plastering service is to be provided, the badge should have the words "Reboco Inteligente" in Portuguese attached below the company logo (icon plus Smart Build words).

The logo should have easy application to embroidered T-Shirts and two colors.

Just to complement. The advantages for our company to use machines to execute the services we are aiming to provide is that we can do this faster than any other method, cleaner and cheaper. So, it would be great if the logo could provide this concept: fast, clean and cheap.

Also, the team members will have to follow standardized procedures and as a result we should expect high quality on the final results and with the minimum generation of waste and maximum utilization/optimization of the raw material. So, our solutions also are ecologic friendly once they produce the minimum impact to the environment.

• 1) The logo needs to have the words which represent the name of the company (Smart Build) and an icon, emblem or figure attached to it.
  
  2) Should have two colors.
  
  3) The logo must have the possibility for attach below it the name of the two different services (only the words), maybe in another font or not. The name in Portuguese of the two services are: "Reboco Inteligente" and "Pintura Inteligente".
  
  The designer should present the logo and the two versions of it attached with the services names below it.
