We need a creative web designer to help us quickly design a template design for a micro site webpage for a product called Telstra Integrated Messaging, and we need the template design to be shown in 3 distinct industry designs. The template design shall be a one-page corporate brochure and product page, and the same template design will be re-used for 3 different industry pages. Although the layout and navigation design shall not change, each of the 3 industry pages must have its own unique design/content/look/feel to address specific capabilities of our product that are important to that industry or topic.

NOTE: This is a design project, not a web development project. We will hand your designs over to a web developer.


REQUIRED:
Create a template design that includes Telstra branding guidelines and can be used consistently for each of our 3 different industry micro site web pages (i.e., the template design should consider such things as overall page navigation design & layout design to deliver a common experience for the viewer).

REQUIRED:
In terms of layout, please model your template design after one of the following responsive website layouts, and please indicate which you chose:

REQUIRED:
Use the template to design 3 unique designs, one for each of the following 3 industry topic pages (you may change anything in the design such as colors, pictures, icons, etc. to create a look/feel relevant for the topic):
- Workplace Harassment & HR
- Financial Institutions
- Mining & Construction (includes Oil, Gas, etc.)

Attached are content ideas for the above 3 industry topics for use in your suggested designs.

REQUIRED: Telstra branding is a requirement (we must use the spectrum design element at top of page). Colors can (probably should) change for each of the 3 micro site designs. You can see examples of Telstra branding at www.telstra.com, www.telstra-tim.com/school, and in the attached PowerPoints.

REQUIRED: We must have a contact us form similar to the form at the bottom of www.telstra-tim.com/school or at the bottom of www.designcrowd.com. The specific goal of these 3 website designs are to drive sales leads and conversions to request more information from our sales team, so we are seeking a design/layout that helps drive site conversions.

REQUIRED: Navigation menu similar to the one at www.telstra.com (at the top of the page)

PICTURES: Pictures will definitely need to change for each site. If you can make suggestions on pictures, that will help. We are ok with taking additional (optional) proposals if you find pictures you think really help the site.

  - Template design must be a single page layout. Content should fit into screens of 1366x768, and no "scrolling" should be necessary if the user presses the navigation menu buttons (e.g., see www.telstra-tim.com/school for an example of how the navigation menu takes you to the content without scrolling)
  - Each of the 3 micro site industry pages must be different (pictures, content, etc.) but must use the same template design
  - Must use Telstra branding guidelines (attached)
  - Must include a Contact Us form similar to the bottom of the page at www.telstra-tim.com/school or the bottom of the page at www.designcrowd.com
  - Must include a Navigation Bar at the top similar to www.telstra.com
  - Must maintain some consistency (visually and navigation) with existing 2 micro sites already launched (see URLs above)
