You may want to look at your new logo as the starting point for a complete re-branding campaign. I only say that because I took a look at your website and it will need a complete makeover (sorry..)

Keep in mind that feedback is the most important aspect in the design process, and will help you and the designer get to the right look and feel that you seek.
