Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hello,

I live in a lakeside condominium community "Idylwood Place", just outside Seattle that is looking for a fresh new logo. We want to use it to make a new entry sign, and eventually a website. We want something that looks clean and contemporary, and but that also helps us projects a “welcome”, “warm feel” that reflects our lifestyle.

We are located across the street from a lush public park (Idylwood Park) that has access to a large lake (Lake Sammamish). We want the logo to in a subtle way, to reflect a “lakeside”, “public park” feel, without being too blatant about it.

The sign may not end up being printed in color, but we would still like to have a color version for the website. We are not married to particular colors, but like the idea of cool greys and cool colors, but please let your inspiration be your guide!
