Hello!

It seems you are a bit confused, so I'd like to help you out. Don't worry, it happens to a lot of people but the star system for "quality" is to determine whether or not the artist turned in quality work, not to star whether you like it for use of your company or not. So even if you hate the design, if it is high quality work, you would put high stars and just decline the design. If the design is clean and thoughtful, can be used in multiple applications and adheres to the brief, then it is good quality. If it is just thrown together, low-res and no thought given to the brief, then it would be a low star "quality". I hope this helps you out.

We are only allowed to enter certain contests if we turn in quality work and when people make this mistake it hurts a lot of people who put a lot of effort into giving people good quality work.
