Sorry but your prize is too low for design only (and I'm talking one to one guaranteed project, not a contest). It should be at least $5000. Or just try to find a cheap freelancer from India or Pakistan then they might do it for even less than $1000. But definitely, you won't find anything taking part in this contest. even if it was guaranteed.
